Contact RouterHax

RouterHax contact page — reach out with questions about router setup, WiFi troubleshooting, or networking help

Have a question about your router, WiFi setup, or home network? You're in the right place. RouterHax is run by a real person with years of hands-on experience in networking — not a faceless content farm. I read every message personally and do my best to provide a helpful, honest response.

What I Can Help With

Before reaching out, here are the kinds of questions I'm happy to address:

  • Router login issues — can't access your admin panel at 192.168.1.1, 192.168.0.1, or another gateway IP
  • WiFi setup problems — new router, slow speeds, dead zones, or dropped connections
  • Troubleshooting — intermittent disconnects, DNS errors, double NAT, and similar issues
  • Router brand-specific questions — Netgear, TP-Link, ASUS, Linksys, and more
  • Networking 101 — subnets, IP addressing, port forwarding, VLANs, and general concepts
  • Corrections or feedback — spotted an error in an article? Please let me know.
  • General website feedback — something broken, a suggestion, or a content request

How to Reach Me

The best way to get in touch is by email. I aim to respond within 24 to 48 hours on business days. All emails must be written in English.

Email: tommy@routerhax.com

To help me give you the best answer as quickly as possible, please include the following in your message:

  • Your router brand and model number (e.g., TP-Link Archer AX55)
  • Your internet service provider and connection type (cable, fiber, DSL)
  • A clear description of the problem — what you're seeing, what you've already tried
  • Any error messages or unusual behavior you've noticed

The more detail you provide, the faster and more accurately I can help. Vague messages like "my WiFi doesn't work" make it difficult to give useful advice.

What I Don't Respond To

To keep the inbox manageable and focused on genuine reader help, I do not respond to the following:

  • Guest post pitches, link insertion requests, or content partnership proposals
  • Sponsored post or paid placement inquiries
  • SEO agency outreach or backlink exchange offers
  • Automated or mass-sent emails

These emails are deleted without reply. Please don't waste your time — or mine.

About the Person Behind RouterHax

RouterHax is written and maintained by Tommy Nguyen, a networking enthusiast and web developer based in San Jose, California. The site was built out of a genuine interest in making router and WiFi documentation more accessible and accurate — the kind of clear, practical guides that actually help real people solve real problems.

Every article on this site is written based on direct testing, manufacturer documentation, and years of experience setting up and troubleshooting home and small business networks. When something changes — firmware updates, new hardware, protocol shifts — the content gets updated to match.

If you found an article helpful, have a correction, or just want to say thanks, feel free to drop a line. I genuinely appreciate hearing from readers.
